Consider making dinner reservations early. popular times fill up quickly and you may face long wait times otherwise.

A spacious and quiet Deluxe King room provided a comfortable stay with a modern bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The facilities were superb, including a big gym and a nice pool area for laps. Dinner at the restaurant in the East Tower was pricy but the bibimbap was satisfying. However, the limited dining options within the hotel and high prices of the buffet were drawbacks.

The rooms are huge and super comfy, and the buffet breakfast had a tasty mix of Asian and Western options. I loved relaxing in the indoor pool and checking out the spa lounge after a long day. Just a heads up, the room service could use a little work, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Perfect for a quick layover!
Chilled here during a long layover and loved the breakfast buffet — so much variety! The gym was nice, had a solid workout. The sauna's hot and cold tubs were fun, too. However, I didn’t like being hit with an extra charge for late checkout. But overall, it's better than staying at the airport!

We loved the huge rooms and the awesome breakfast offerings during our one-night stay. The convenient airport shuttle made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Paradise City resort and the beautiful Cimer spa, which are just a short walk away.

the grand hyatt has an excellent location, just a short shuttle ride to the airport. the staff were incredibly helpful and fluent in english. our deluxe king room was spacious with great lighting and luxurious balmain toiletries. plus, the indoor pool and spa were delightful! it's only about an hour by train to city center seoul, which is a huge bonus.

The buffet breakfast offered a delightful spread that hit all the right notes. I absolutely loved the spacious, comfy room that came with a stunning view. The 24-hour room service had some fantastic options!
The shuttle from the airport runs every 30 minutes, so you might have to chill a bit longer than you'd like. Also, navigating between towers can be a trek!

The Grand Hyatt Incheon boasts beautiful decor, spacious common areas, and thoughtful accessibility features, making it comfortable and welcoming for seniors. I particularly enjoyed the ease of navigation through the hotel and the friendly atmosphere.
Menu access exclusively through QR codes was frustrating.

missingWrote a review on Mar 30spacious roomsairport viewshuttle servicecrowded pooloverpriced dining
Spacious rooms with impressive views of the airport add to the atmosphere. The complimentary shuttle service operates every 30 minutes and makes transfers to the airport seamless, an absolute plus for anyone flying out.
Facilities fall short of a typical five-star experience, with unpleasantly crowded swimming pools resembling playgrounds during the day. The restaurant reservation process is frustrating, since popular time slots fill up quickly, leaving options like 6 AM breakfast to consider, which might not be ideal for many travelers. Dining prices feel steep, especially buffet offerings around $100 per person, and the sauna lacks the type of experience many expect from European facilities.
